ArtMath® operates as a "school official" under FERPA, meaning we access student education records only to perform services on behalf of the school or district. All student data remains the property of the school or district.

We retain student and teacher data only for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by the school's agreement with ArtMath®. Schools and districts may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
8. Third-Party Services
ArtMath® may use trusted third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and analytics) to operate the platform. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our behalf and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Teachers and administrators can manage their account data directly in the platform. For student data, please contact your school or district administrator, or reach out to us directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify schools and districts via email and post an updated version on this page. Continued use of ArtMath® after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
